Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using X68 Hub (the "Service"), operated by X68 Hub ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

2. Description of Service

X68 Hub is a web-based service that monitors X (formerly Twitter) accounts for follower changes. The Service periodically scans follower lists, detects unfollows and new followers, classifies the reason (unfollow, account suspension, deletion, or block), and delivers alerts via web dashboard and optionally via Telegram.

The Service also includes optional features such as AI-generated post drafts, follower analytics, mention tracking, and an official X API tool that lets you preview and delete selected posts from an X account you connect, depending on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support@top1.us of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including X's Terms of Service.
  • Monitor X accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service's infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute data obtained through the Service without our written permission.
  • Harass, stalk, or harm any individual using information obtained from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

5. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are purchased via manual bank transfer. By submitting a payment order, you agree to transfer the applicable fee to our designated bank account within the timeframe specified at checkout.

  • Activation: Your plan is activated after we manually verify receipt of the bank transfer. This may take up to 1 business day.
  • No automatic renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must submit a new payment order when your plan expires.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated. If you believe an error occurred, contact us at support@top1.us.
  • Cancellation: Paid plans expire at their stated end date. To stop using a paid plan, simply do not renew. Contact us to request early termination or data deletion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by X68 Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any X accounts you connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process public data from those accounts solely to provide the Service to you. If you connect X OAuth, you authorize the Service to list and delete only the posts you explicitly select; deletion is irreversible and you can disconnect the authorization at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices, including how X/Twitter account data is retrieved via a third-party provider and how official X API access is used.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms including TwitterAPI.io (for X data), the official X API (for the post-management feature), Telegram (for notifications), and Neon (for database hosting). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Follower data accuracy depends on the third-party TwitterAPI.io service and is subject to their availability and rate limits.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X68 HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice. You may request account closure and data deletion at any time by contacting us at support@top1.us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will process your data deletion request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
